Remember to turn your clocks back one hour tonight

Since Congress has not acted on the Sunshine Protect Act that would allow Washington state to adopt daylight savings time permanently, setting your clocks back Sunday night is still needed to stay on accurate time.

The saying, "fall back, spring forward" is an easy way to remember which way to set the time in fall and back again in spring.  Setting our clocks forward means that it will get darker faster in the afternoons until clocks get changed forward one hour on Sunday, March 13, 2022.

Daylight saving time this Sunday means losing one hour of sleep Sunday night, so plan your schedule accordingly.  Computers seems to automatically change but some cell phones may need to be restarted to accept the new time.
