Bellevue man pleads guilty to four felonies including illegal firearms possession, heroin, meth and child porn.

A Bellevue man plead guilty to four federal felonies after being arrested in February 2020 on charges related to drugs, weapons and porn.

Steve Godina Ochoa, 29, is accused of repeated sexual assaults of a 13-year-old female runaway who told counselors she was assaulted.  This report prompted Bellevue police to begin their investigation in November 2019.

Police and FBI were both involved in the investigation.

Law enforcement found firearms, heroin and methamphetamine in his vehicle during their investigation. According to reports, two of the firearms he possessed were reported stolen, one from Snohomish County and the other from Federal Way.  Also found in his car was $4,500 cash from drug deals.

Ochoa had prior convictions for arson and illegal possession of guns so was prohibited from possessing firearms.

Child pornography was found on his electronic devices during the investigation.  Law enforcement also found electronic images of sexual assault on the young victim.

He is facing a minimum sentence of 10 years in prison due to a plea agreement.

He will be sentenced during a court hearing on January 11, 2022.  Assistant U.S. Attorney Cecelia Gregson is the prosecutor.
